Work mode: Remote (Profiles from São Paulo)


Type of contract: Temporary 6 months

Main activities:


Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing, screening, interviewing and managing candidates throughout the process.


Support Go To Market teams with recruiting needs mainly, but Engineering and Product will also be supported by this role.


Proactive sourcing of candidates to fill future positions. Create projects to ensure a solid pipeline of candidates.


Screen and rank resumes and candidate applications based on job responsibilities.


Conduct pre-screening calls to analyze candidates' capabilities and culture fit. Interview candidates to assess their knowledge, skills, experience and aptitude.


Act as point of contact with candidates, facilitating the interview process, scheduling interviews with hiring managers and interview teams, and building influential relationships with candidates during the selection process.


Brand employer, being the spokesperson for company culture to external candidates.


Understand Company mission, products, services and culture in order to promote the company's reputation as a great place to work.


Requirements:


Proven work experience as a Recruiter hiring multi-levels of all areas.


Proven experience working closely with Senior Managers and Executives.


Proven experience recruiting for LATAM markets for fast paced environments/startups is a plus.


Hands-on experience with a variety of results-oriented sourcing methods.


Solid ability to screen applicants and conduct different types of interviews.


Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems/ATS (Lever a plus) and HR databases (BambooHR a plus) as well as the ability to produce and report on recruiting activity.


English proficiency, Spanish is a huge plus.
