MAGNA Executive Search, in partnership with a multinational durable goods company in São Paulo/SP, Brazil, is selecting:


SALES EXECUTIVE – KEY ACCOUNT

Work model – Hybrid (3 on-site x 2 Home Office)


CHALLENGE

Responsible for sales to major retail clients. Your mission will be to understand demands and help find solutions. In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining and retaining clients, visiting sales points (PDVs), contributing to marketing campaigns, and monitoring/working with sales performance indicators (Sell-in and Sell-out).


REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field, preferably with a postgraduate degree.

• Previous experience with retail sales, preferably serving major accounts.

• Knowledge of strategic sales and negotiation techniques (volume, margin, product mix, etc.) and solid technical product argumentation.

• Experience in KPI-based performance management.

• Advanced English.

• Availability to work in São Paulo/SP (central region).


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES


Managing the current client portfolio, conducting client visits, tracking sales targets, proposing promotional actions, prospecting new business, and expanding the product mix.

Responsible for prospecting new business, ensuring the enhancement and/or improvement of the current product mix, and seeking new business channels.

Managing the Sales Forecast, ensuring the preparation of reports related to your area of responsibility.

Negotiating contracts, prices, and terms (commercial policy) with clients.
