Data Engineer

MAGNA Executive Search in partnership with a Multinational company is actively seeking a talented and motivated JUNIOR DATA ENGINEER to join our Customer GLOBAL IT Team!

Location: CAMPINAS/SP – 100% at office position

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage data pipelines for smooth data flow.

• Build and optimize data models to support analytics and reporting.

• Create interactive Power BI visualizations to support data-driven decision-making.

• Desirable experience working with Master Data Management (MDM) projects using Profisee to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

• Utilize Microsoft Fabric and tools like Spark or Databricks for data analytics and processing.

• Implement and manage ETL processes using tools such as Apache NiFi, Talend, Apache Beam, or similar technologies.

• Handle SQL-based database services like Azure SQL, Azure Synapse, or Snowflake, as well as NoSQL databases.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions.

• Ensure cloud service integrations, with familiarity in platforms like Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Analysis, or related fields.

• Advanced English communication skills.

• Knowledge programming skills in Python, Java, Scala, or equivalent.

• Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.

• Initial understanding of ETL processes and tools for data integration.

• Familiarity with structured data pipelines and building data models.

• Experience with cloud services and scalable data solutions.

• Problem-solving mindset and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
