Your new role
• Design creative proposals for the communication and branding of local original content, ensuring proper alignment with the content strategy.
• Manage the creative team (producers and designers) in the development of 360 umbrella concepts aligned with each content’s strategy, ensuring they can be efficiently and effectively translated into various graphic and audiovisual implementations.
• Ensure the proper implementation of workflows to meet delivery deadlines, fostering synergies with both service areas and various stakeholders.
• Lead the team of producers and designers with a vision of development, growth, and continuous improvement, aiming to strengthen technical and creative capabilities.
• Build synergies with communication and production teams to ensure the proper development and delivery of communication assets.
Your role accountabilities:
• Reading, viewing, and researching content in development and production.
• Designing effective presentations of the team’s creative proposals.
• Alignment with stakeholders: Operations, Production, Brand Strategy, Marketing, PR, Social Media.
• Managing the creative team, distributing projects, and designing group and individual objectives aimed at team growth.
Qualification & Experience:
• Bachelor´s degree
• Advanced english
• Knowledge of graphic and audiovisual production and post-production processes.
• Knowledge of marketing and communication.

Inglês - Nível Avançado
