About the team


Join our dynamic Commercial Team in Brazil, and help shape the future of bulk liquid logistics across South America.

As a Sales Executive, you’ll be at the heart of our customer relationships—crafting smart supply chain solutions, delivering exceptional service, and driving new business.


About the Role

You’ll support Den Hartogh’s global commercial strategy by:

- Designing efficient and safe transport solutions

- Targeting day-to-day buyers, spot market opportunities, and new prospects

- Bringing a proactive, “hunter” sales mentality to the teamc


Key Responsibilities

- Expand our customer portfolio through outreach and relationship-building

- Generate short-term revenue and convert leads into customers

- Monitor and communicate changes in rates, surcharges, and market trends

- Collaborate with Operations to develop creative logistics solutions

- Manage CRM updates, prospecting, and customer onboarding

- Analyze customer performance to identify growth opportunities

- Respond to market shifts with agility and insight


What You Bring

- Passion for transport and logistics

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, CRM, and cloud-based tools

- Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus

- Customer-focused, proactive, and eager to grow

- Previous sales experience in deep sea or multimodal logistics

- Resilience under pressure and adaptability in a fast-changing market

- Travel frequently (60%+); hybrid work setup based in São Paulo metropolitan area
