Descrição:

Job Title: Sales Analyst (Pleno)


We are currently seeking a Sales Analyst (Pleno) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales analysis and a proven track record of driving revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

- Develop and maintain sales reports and dashboards

- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for increasing sales

- Monitor sales performance and provide recommendations for improvement

- Assist in the development of sales forecasts and budgets


To develop, under supervision, Sales-related activities connected to administrative routines, carrying out the necessary procedures for the implementation of actions, ensuring proper support to the plants;


To prepare and formalize commercial proposals for clients based on the information received, following the required procedures to enable the customer to place the order;


To receive customer orders and forward them for verification of any discrepancies between the order and the submitted proposal, ensuring they are sent to the Production area;


To prepare the necessary documentation for product shipment, contacting carriers to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements;


To generate consolidated information related to the area of responsibility, providing performance reports to support Sales Management decision-making;


To perform other duties related to the area of responsibility, as required.


Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

- 3+ years of experience in sales analysis

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
